The only one in the building. Magnificent 5th-floor apartment covering a surface area of 90 sqm. It has a private terrace with room for 6 people.
Like all our other apartments, it has heating and air conditioning, satellite TV, a safe-deposit box and Wi-Fi Internet connection.
The living space and large master bedroom have access to the private terrace. There is a sofa-bed in the living room that can be made up into a 160x190 bed. There is also a double bedroom. Both rooms have LCD TV-USB with a satellite connection.
The second bedroom is a double room which has been very thoughtfully decorated.
The kitchen is completely separate and is equipped with utensils, dishwasher, fridge, oven, washing machine, microwave, electric kettle, coffee maker, sandwich maker, toaster and blender. There is also a breakfast table.
No smoking is permitted in the apartments.
The building has a concierge and security cameras.
